    I am certain the insert will be in the last space. I'm only dealing with 500 names so I will manually adjust the very few exceptiosn. The suffix is in a separate column so I'll add that afterwards, but the cell formula is stumping me. Ideas? Thank you for your help.

    Got it. I did a MID into a column and then CONCATENATE on that column into a 2rd column and then copied and pasted "values" into the 3rd column which I used for the required output. m

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, neither are there although I think you're on the right trail with the registry. I recall removing and repairing one of those nefarious and unwanted toolbars just before the clock vaporized.
