We're looking to create an Agent Group Summary by Interval report.
This way a call center managers can see a running total of how many calls their agents have taken, the time, outgoing, incoming etc. during a given day.
Designer, only offers Daily, Weekly and Monthly options for Agent Group...
I'm thinking of moving to a 7-digit dial plan, but instead of using the more traditional method of using more digits of the whole telephone number such as:
4-digit: 5701
5-digit: 8-5701
6-digit: 48-5701
7-digit: 348-5701 for say (555)348-5701
I'm thinking of going with a 3-digit...
