If you are trying to delete all messages in a mailbox that you do not have a passcode for then as a System Admin you must rebuild(delete/Add) the mailbox. Email me is you still need the manual.
I don't see why it wouldn't work. Your pc really has nothing to do with your internet connection. Vonage only uses the cable modem and the router(with phone adapter). In fact you wouldn't even need a a router for vonage to work, just the cable modem and the phone adapter.
Its been along time since I worked on isdn circuits. Can some one refresh my memory on what the pin out is? I'll be connecting it to a rj45 mod jack. Can I just terminate the jack using 568A or B. I can't believe that I don't remember. Thanks guys
Before I started my own company, I was a TSE for the dms100, then SL100. The company really needs to provide formal training. Are you going to be troubleshooting the alarms or just reporting them? Either way you should have the appropriate training. How soon are looking to get this position?

Here in NJ you don't need schooling for low voltage. I would definately make sure the the sub contractor that you're going to use has insurance, and lists your company and the GC's on their policy. As for paying them, you can't expect to make a big profit, especially if their covering you for...
