    Partner Plus II: VMS does not pickup if line 1 is in use

    I was able to fix it. Lines 2 and 3 were not assigned to any group, so if someone was on line 1 it would roll over to line 2 and would not go to VMS. All i had to do was assign each line to auto attendant like you said, Westi. Thanks!

    I guess it's only 1 line which rolls over to another line if someone is using it.
