    Polycom Soundstation low volume and mic problem

    SoundStation unit connected to analog line seems to be functioning but when we press the on/off the volume (regardless of how high you change the volume control) is faint and has hiss/noise. If we move the unit (by the way - this is not cable related...check cable and connection by moving it...

    Using partner messaging R1 (on an ACS 5 system) and am curious how to (and if advised) use remote/lan administration. Software is discussed but I can not find anywhere...is it on the "card" (we are using a 4 port) or can it be downloaded or purchased?
