IVR calling group goes to Operator instad of covrage group when 0 pressed
I have a site that is on a Legend 7.0 processor that has several lines going into an IVR that has a recording to push "0" to speak to an agent. The coverage groups 1 & 2 are for different typs of calls. When pressing "0" the phone system group 7300 & 7305 transfers call to the operator. When...- Nobilar
