Downloaded the r6 docs - was unable to find any service observation features. Could it be called something else? Bossman may want to upgrade if this feature is definitely available.
Are there any inherent ways to monitor (eavesdrop) calls. A receptionists station with attached dss can do it but you must hit mute. I find this a bit awkward if you really don't want the users to know who is being monitored. I've worked with other systems where a manager could dial a code...
