That could be it. I have 2563 items in the inbox (about 240 meg). I'll try moving or deleting a bunch and see what happens. Thanks.- dozert

It's an exchange server. I tried starting it in Contacts. Still get the same problem. I'll let our IT guy try your other two ideas. Thanks for the suggestions.- dozert
