I am trying to setup the Automated Attendant on our Partner Messaging 1.0 with Partner ACS R4 to que calls when the receptionist (ext 10) is on another call. In day mode, if ext 10 is busy, we would like the system to pickup the call, possibly play a message and place the call on hold...
I saw a post earlier about a serial connection using login Tech1000. Can anyone explain the procedure/default password/whatever to get into this area. Also any other backdoor codes would be greatfully appreciated.

Does anyone know where I can get a .PDF of the manual or at least the codes for Configuration Programming to program this system. It is a DR5 3x8.
