    The best is to use a SQL job and output to disk (network share) then use HP backup to backup from the share to tape.

    the config is correct on sys admin as it does archive the current calls. the logs show successfull as its referring to the current files being archived.

    Hi I need to reprocess failed archived calls on Perform SP4 Storage Center. I have changed the values from failed 5 to 0 not archived in the DB tables. Then restarted the SC server but it only archives the new calls. I have also changed the days back lenght to 50 days. Any ideas? Regards, Sandman
