    Sys Prog on MLX-20L missing

    From all I've read, I should be able to access System Programming from the MLX-20L phone, but Sys Prog doesn't appear on the menu. I asked the receptionist about it and was told that it was once there, but it isn't anymore. Any ideas on what I can check? Thanks in advance.
