Quick question have you got any Custom Reports or Designer Reports?
You normally see this error if a report is badly written ie a login that no longer exists that a report is calling.
It has to be in the format of (sum(ACDTIME)+sum(DA_ACDTIME)) etc and yes you will find that the field length is remarkably short!!!

A call no matter wether its a DDI or through a mainline number, provided it runs through the VDN and presents to the Skill then it will be included in the SLA.
The CMS does not determine that the call was a DDI it just sees an Offered Call through the VDN and the Skill/Split.
