After our monthly reboot of the nice systems we are suddenly getting hit with errors during playback in nice evaluator and universe. It seems to be on random calls, but I can go back to the calls with the problem and they seem to produce the error every time.
Logger is not responding...
While using Nice Evaluator, when I run a query or select a preset call recording group like "last 24 hours" it brings up the following error ...
"error in RecordingsQueryControl.RefreshResultsetGrid, 380: Invalid Property Value"
And in the two columns that normally show the little icons on...
