    Can not connect to Citrix server. Socket not bound to an address.

    I have a user that is trying to access the Citrix Metaframe Server from home and whenever she tries, she gets the following error message: "Cannot connect to the Citrix metaframe Serve. The socket is not already bound to an address. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.
