I found the problem!
After days i found it, simple guys, i disable onboard resources like LAN, MODEM, ... and guess my friends, WINXP go on like angel, everything worked!
PS. when i enable LAN the same problem occur. so, the reason of this problem is MOBO onboard resources. In this case was...
If you don't have the Win CD and don't know the ADM password, your situation is arduous ...
Did you try to reboot the system with the last valid configuration? To do that, you just need to bit F8 when the boot begin, and choose that.

The machine was using WIN98 before;
The problem occur just before installation begin to check the LAN card and its personal configuration ... i think this is the third step of the process;
The WINXP PRO SP2 was "assembled" for a friend, but i tried to install a "original" WINXP...
