APC SU1400 won't power up.
The batteries are still properly connected. I checked them and they're completely discharged, and properly connected. I asked him how he unplugged it and he said, "I turned everything off that was plugged into it, then unplugged it. I didn't turn it off. I didn't know I had to."- Plasticuser

APC SU1400 won't power up.
Hi all, My co-worker unplugged our Smart-UPS SU1400RM2U yesterday, when it worked fine. We moved it to the new site. This afternoon, I plugged it in and it won't power up at all. Holding the power switch does nothing. The breaker in the back is okay. The power supplied to the unit is good...- Plasticuser
