    Incomplete System State Backup

    I'm running Arcserve 11.5 on a 2003 machine. I receive an incomplete backup while backing up the system state on one of the machines. The log summary shows one skipped file. I switched the log option to log all files, yet the log does not show which file has been skipped. Any ideas?
