Sound and Video skipping in Win2k
Thanks for your reply. I uninstalled audio card, and reinstalled with the latest driver. The skipping problem only got worse. It is skipping more often. Any other ideas?- 7505123

Sound and Video skipping in Win2k
I'm running home-made computer (VIA chipset, 1.8MHZ, 256MB RAM, Realtec AC'97 audio, NVIDIA GEForce2 video, 80GB HD, OS-Win2k server. When playing audio sound skips (CD and Internet radio). When playing DVD video and sound skips as well. I defragmented hard drives, enabled DMA on hard drives...- 7505123
