we are running Nice Perform 3.1 against Avaya AES
agents who logged after Nice is started are displayed as "Unmapped User".
if we reboot Nice server (at OS level), they are learned from AES at the time Nice started.
how to make Nice to ask AES about agents mapping time to time ?
We are installing Nice against Avaya-AES
from AES Server point of view: AES 4.2.1 http://photo.rediska.ru/aes/aes-server-version.PNG
from Nice point of view: AES client 4.2.1 http://photo.rediska.ru/aes/aes-client-version.PNG
and, finally: strange error...
When I install VoIP Logger (as a part of NICE Perform), I'm getting the following error (see attachement).
What could it be ? NICE docs say nothing on this error
