    I've tried it in IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Same result for all 3. I just put in an email to WD for support on that problem. It looks like I have the answer to my initial question. Thanks rclarke250 for that. Now I just have to get to where I can make those changes.

    I can't get into the management section. I click on configure and it brings up IE which says "Internet Exploerer Cannot Display this Webpage".
