we had a look to the user rights and indeed if we change the userrights of that user to administrator - he can print out evrything again - strange things - we had on our reports a lot of date formats - ( only the date was printed ). what is the behavior of crystal reports ( service pack 2 installed) on terminal services. Our VB6 application (client-server) ran correctly on win2k server and win2k workstations.
