WorkCentre 7232/7242 banner sheet is off but still prints banner
Thanks cmeagan656, I actually double checked with the client and they turned to be using Citrix XenApp when they try to print and for some reason the local settings will not hold when the citrix printing session was created. So I had to take ownership of the printing session on the citrix...- atigris

WorkCentre 7232/7242 banner sheet is off but still prints banner
Hello guys; This is really strange; my Clint has Xerox WorkCentre 7232/7242 and the banner sheet will not stop printing. - I tried disabling the banner sheet and it is disabled by the Xerox control panel but it still dose it. - re-installed the driver - downloaded the new drive from xerox...- atigris
