    I have a Cisco unity express version 3.1 phone system. Currently, A phone has all calls (internal and external) forwarding with the "Call Forward All" option in the Configure > Extension. How can I set only external calls to forward and NOT internal calls between internal extensions? Thanks.

    I am trying to connect with the remote desktop web connection with a Win98 dial up to a Win2000 server. I can do this fine with an XP or Win2000 client. I think the problem is the 3389 port is not opened in Win98. How do I open the RDP port of 3389 and connect ?

    I am also trying to use VB and Crystal to use different printer trays. My research points to PCL ESC codes used in VB. Need to convert the symbols to decimal format to be used in VB. The printer technical reference guide is proving useful. Have you found any other information?
