    I have upgraded 3000s from 1.2 and 3.0 to 4.0 and biggest advantage from the users point of view is the DECT interface is more friendly on older handests (transferring calls and idle display) - otherwise you need v4 to support VOIP for Optipoint410 handsets

    max users including cordless is 384 which would equate to about 378 cordless (max 64 base stations) and 8 wired handsets (you need an attendant, which needs to be wired)
