    End of day before open next day manually increment all employee shifts. Look in log for an autoseqence that's getting stuck.

    A sample database was available on the earlier install media (at least to 3.x) Did not realize Micros had removed it from the install options (if they did) This would probably be the best bet to grab it and convert it to your current version.

    You would need to find it in transaction analyzer or put it together from the journals. If they have mymicros you can find it there as well. Hope this helps

    Have you tried wiping the workstation / doing a reset? Has to be done through the bios option not through windows. Try that and recal. Also assume you have looked for ip conflicts?

    You will probably need to use dbisql to unlock your tacking groups. Then add your new tenders in. Do this when nobody is using the POS If you need more help let me know

    Are you looking for a simply trailer like "suggested gratuity is 18 - 20%" Or are you looking to have the suggested gratuity as a calculation of the bills total?
