    "exp037" Call is there but no audio.

    Has anyone ever seen exp037 (packet failures) before? We're on a Cisco system with NICE 8.9. We can see the call start and stop, all of the information about the call is captured but no audio. With 400 agents, this is only happening on 2. Any ideas?

    NICE & CallManager - What needs a reboot?

    After adding new users to NICE defining the agents in Cisco CTI & Admin, setting up the channels and restarting the CLS, what else needs to be rebooted? ANY input would greatly appreciated... new hires not being recorded or able to be monitored... Help please!
