I have 8 7230's deployed at my job. If you're using T-Mobile, here's the fix.
Upgrade both the desktop and device. :-|
* You must be running at least v3.6.2.9 of the BB Desktop Manager.
* You must be running v3.7.1.41 of the BB Handheld software.
