    One way audio

Thanks for the clarification. I guess since it works at your location, but does not work at the clients location, and otherwise all things being equal, you are likely on the right path. The issue could be related to signal strength or interference from other wireless devices at the client's...

    One way audio

I have never had any experience with the GSM gateway, but the problem you are describing sounds like a NAT issue. I ran your question through ChatGPT and this is what I got back. It sounds like a tricky issue, especially since the problem is only occurring at the client's site. Here are a few...

    Call recording and SMDR

Yes, the SMDR can capture twinned calls. https://documentation.avaya.com/bundle/AdministeringAvayaIPOfficePlatformManagerR11_1/page/SMDR_Fields.html It's tagged as External Targeting Cause, and the TargetedBy Reason Code to filter on is MT ( Mobile Twinning ) Example Outputs. Mobile Twinned...

    VMPro+Office365

I think you will need to enable IMAP on the maibox being used in voicemail pro.

    Voice recordings not emailed

If the Max call is 3600 seconds, then that's just 1hr, and the voicemail in question exceeded that limit. Change 3600 to 5400 and see if that helps. That will set the cap to 1.5hrs.

IP Office R12 - Remotely enable Do-Not-Disturb for other EXT

Can't you just log into the user portal, and toggle it there?

    Voice recordings not emailed

64 MB Voicemail?? Good Grief man! That's an hour long voicemail. In any case, It sounds like the issue you might be having is the time limits. 64MB VM, sounds like a little more than an hour long voicemail. Check In Preferences > General in VM Pro. What is the Max call / VRL Record length...

    Voice recordings not emailed

You will need to check the logs. What are you using for an outbound email server? If your ISP provides an SMTP server, this is your best option.

Random Phones - Acquiring Service. IPO SE Remote Phones

In that case navigate to the address of your IPO/46xxsettings.txt file in a web browser and copy it. Save it to a local web server those phones can access, and then manually change the file server address on the phone to the new webserver hosting that 46xxsettings.txt file.

Server Edition expansion systems (security settings/users/certificates)

Also, the trunk licenses are split between them. If your capacity reqirements are 100 today on a single server and you add a secondary, your capacity per server is now 50. Keep that in mind.

    SIP trunk - no audio

I've always struggled with this myself. Using an external firewall woth port forwarding the signaling and RTP, I've used Open Internet.

    SIP trunk - no audio

Its usually related to setting the NAT Type correctly, and/or RTP range not being setup properly in the firewall.

Random Phones - Acquiring Service. IPO SE Remote Phones

Sorry, I misread. I thought you confirmed the phones all got the certs. If they don't have the certs then that is 100% the issue. Factory reset the phone and let it pick them up again on reboot...as long as you are using the auto generated 46xxSettings.txt file.

Random Phones - Acquiring Service. IPO SE Remote Phones

Are there entries in "Allowed SIP User Agents" and if so, the User Agents of those 5 phones different from the other 25 in any way.. including Firmware version.

Avaya IP Office - Unable to call specific number

I keep coming back to this post, as it has me stumped.. and like a dog with bone, I can't let it go. I did manage to find this bit of information that might be useful. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_the_Republic_of_Ireland The majority of area codes in County Donegal...

Incoming Calls Have to be Parked or Held before Caller Can Hear the User

Could be an incorrect NAT type setting. Sounds like signalling is working but RTP is failing. Phone can see the IPO and register, but talk path can't find the device on the far end and is sending the Audio to the wrong LAN interface.

    VMPro TFTP Accesss: Password BAD

Glad it worked! How about giving my post a Star. ;)

Avaya IP Office - Unable to call specific number

This still looks like an missing ARS entry on your system or your Trunking Provider does not have an entry for it their end. Contact your provider and ask them to trace the call from their side. Provide them with the your SIP trace and call reference, as they may be able to see why the call is...

    Avaya IP Office Web Manager

It's bizarre. I have moved my entire instance of IP Office from bare metal, to VirtualBox ( yes it works ), and back to bare metal, using ssh and RSYNC with only minor issues related to the primary NIC MAC Address and WebLM. ..but never has this dumped my entire config and put the platform be...

Random Phones - Acquiring Service. IPO SE Remote Phones

What is unique about these 5 phones? Is the network at that location converged? Are there 2 network drops at the desk. 1 for voice and 1 for data. Is it possible that those 5 phones are plugged into a port with a VLAN that does not have access to the IPO server? If all other phones at that...
