Norstar Feature 986 Can't turnoff
I unplug it and plug it back in. How can I do a reboot? Everytime I press a button all the lines ring.- marshaw

Ha! Just tried that and all the lines started to ring off the hook. When we picked up the lines it was still ringing! We had to unplug and replug all the phones to make it stop.- marshaw

Norstar Feature 986 Can't turnoff
I accidentally had something fall on my phone here at work and it set the phone as feature 986. My problem is I cannot turn it off. I tried Feature + # 986 and it did not work. In stead it rings to another extension and I can't turn it off. Any help would be appreciated! It is our main line and...- marshaw
