How do I edit the text Remedy sends to the work log?
I want to edit the text Remedy Application Service puts into the work log when an approval process in complete. I cannot find an active link that fires that adds the text to the work log... This is what it writes: Approval process complete. Change is approved. Supervisor... I simply want to...- GoDario27

Edit record in db - dropdown doesn't specifiy what was chosen
I have a db that I used the FP2000 Database Interface Wizard on. All is well and it lets me view/update/delete fields from the db. (not a problem). When I generated it, though, it had me choose how many fields would be in my drop-down boxes and named each choice "Option 1"...- GoDario27
