The TZ is Central time. I checked the patch and the timezone configuration as well as bounced the cron service.
The timezone appears to be configured properly and the hardware that is configured the same way does not have any issues with the time settings.

The trace routes are coming back showing a single hop.
I've had some time to look into this some more and it appears that the ssh wrapping of the FTP was what was slowing down the transfer.
I'm currently looking into what if anything can be done to improve this performance.

If the data in question is formatted in fields you could use awk or a cut command to extract the field you wish to view.
But my guess is you are wishing to view the incorrect data based on some criteria and not merely output everything. Correct?

My thought would be to have the check for the occurrence of a
[1-9] zero to many times followed by the occurrence of a [0-9] only once before the decimal.
