    I FIXED THE ISSUE, THE HITACHI WAS SO OLD THAT I HAD TO PROGRAM THE T1 AS D4 AMI. ONCE IT WAS DONE, EVERYTHING WORKED OUT.

    Has anyone ever connected an Avaya CM6.0 interconnected with a Hitachi hcx5000. The connection between the 2 systems is PRI. I have tried every parameter in the book and can't get it to work.

    Call routing on BCM 450

    If you are using the Contact Center feature in your BCM 450, you would have to launch Call Pilot manager and go to line answering and select the target line for that specific acd group.
