Well, got this fixed with Avaya'a help.
When installing CM 5.2.1 and you are asked to select the type of server you are installing it on, you must select an IBMX3550. Also, prior to configuring the system you must update the system to a service pack higher than SP6.
Hope this helps others.
Trying to upgrade an S8500B/CM 2.2.2 to CM 5.2.1 on an HP Proliant DL360 G7. After installing the CM 5.2.1 on the DL360, I attempt to go to Configure Server and I get the following error message...........
A system failure has occured
wconfig1 : 50 : the offertype in ecs.conf
is not recognized...
When I go into active directory and click on the Modular Messaging tab it says I have no available licenses. I have not add any mailboxes period and I have 120 available.
Any ideas?
All 46xxsettings are correct. Logo resized. File pushed to phones. Works as a screensaver on H323 phones. When I select the logo in the options menu it appears as it is attempting to load but I then get an error that says Unable to load logo.jpg.
Any ideas?

Spookytooth,
I had this same exact problem while install an S8510 with CM 5.1
I am not sure what caused it but once I installed the latest software update for CM 5.1 I was able to see the DS1 boards on the change sync page.
Good Luck
