yes you are correct. the transfer completes with no problems. other users in the same hunt group never have this problem. we have several hunt groups with no problems. very strange issue.- lherring

Line group setup in CallManager with 6 phones in the group . one of the line gorup members has calls ringing through the line group that she must transfer to another number. when the user makes the transfer the phone will no longer ring through the line group. we have to reset the phone in...- lherring
