I'm using an authorization code to restrict agents for manually dialing their phone. When they fail to enter the auth code the phone goes right back to a dial tone.

We've installed an IVR and have had no luck in seeing the caller ID on the IVR, all we are getting are #######. Is there a setting on the DS1 board or on the stations that we're missing or is it something on the IVR?
