Dealing with a Dictator
I suggest asking him to prove it or explain why, when he says, "You are wrong." 90% of the time he doesn't have a clue, just wish he had the idea first. Also, when he says, "you're not supposed to do that", asks him why and then firmly suggest to him that he is no one's boss, and it's a "team...- PGVet
