    Also, NSLOOKUP from the nameserver in DOMAINA on itself returns the ip address of the machine but no name.

    11.5 Brick Level for Exchange not Work!

    Check your Agent Configuration on the Exchng box under Start\Programs\CA... Run through the configuration wizard. Make sure that your Arcserve Services are all running and that the service account being used is at least a member of Domain Admins, Administrators and Backup Operators.

    Arcserve Brightstor 11.5 failing on one mailbox

    I am running Brightstor 11.5 SP4 on Server 2003 and am getting the following error on only one mailbox: EC=CGYEXCHNG: Backup Agent Error -- (354) "Failed to find the object information: I have only found articles related to this error when administrators are trying to restore, not during backup.
