NetBackup V5.5, Dell Powervault - drives down
We are experiencing problems with tape drives going down and then freezing the tapes. We have rotated our tapes out and using new tapes to eliminate the possibility that the problem was being caused by bad or dirty tapes. Has anyone else experienced this or found a resolution to this problem...- Rby1866

We had this error and found it was a firewall issue between the backup server and the server you attempting to connect to.- Rby1866
