    Hi, Site I'm working with has scheduledc callbacks going back to the originating agent (even if on standby) as opposed to the skillset, where they should be going, stumped, ideas? Where should I be looking? This recently started happening, site reports scripts have not been changed for years

    Nortel CC6 CCAD unable to select multiple contacts

    This happens for a few users in ccad and not the rest, they cannot select multiple contacts and then right clicking and get the Close All menu item
