We set a CCR Tree and a Call Center. Now I need to find a way to transfer a call, once we picked up such call, back to our starting menu. For example, a customer want to speak to hr but he chose sales from menu. We picked call and tell him to choose the right option. At this moment...
I want users to repeat menu play when they press 0 key. But the path choices I have are Menu, Info, Xfer, and Lv Msg.
Can somebody assist me? I have already downloade many pdf but I don't see it anywhere!
