VM System Answer on more than one ring
I have a NEAX 2000 IVS. We have a simple set of four incoming POTS lines. I am hoping to get all extensions in the system to ring 5 times before the VM system answers calls. We like to answer every call possible with human voice, then let the computer take over if we're busy.- selfteaching

Rookie question, but I'm self teaching. Inherited a NeaxMail ad-40 system and have it all configured except for one thing. I want the VM system not to answer any incoming call until the 5th ring. currently, system answers on ring 1. I've followed the setup instructions and think I've covered...- selfteaching
