BMC Remedy 7.1 - anyone know how form views are stored in Remedy 7.1?
Got with my IT guy and we found the answer. Remedy 7.1 is now saving changes to Form Views and probably other Remedy settings to the Windows profile (at least in the case of Windows OS). In the case of my situation, it saved these views to: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application...- diskpanic

Have a new hire on our help desk, and when I was trying to set up his Remedy views, I discovered that the *.arv files are no longer apparently how the form views are stored (found this out by putting all of the *arv's in a .zip and reloading Remedy).
