    SV9500 SE MG-SIP trunks sending Guest name out to BluIP AVa

    I am trying to get guest names to send out the SIP trunks to Bluips Aiva answering service. But i'm not sure what I am missing. The calls our going out and then back in the the hotel with the extension but not showing the name. Can someone tell me i'm missing the obvious. Thanks

    Yes they do. we are using BluIP and for some reason when we do the ACPNCL command it doesn't change the outgoing CID. I wasn't sure if SIP had some hidden command. So its got to be something on the carrier end since we are setup correctly. Thanks

    SV9500 with MG-SIP trunks wont send different Caller ID info

    Been trying to send different caller ID info for some phones using ACPNCL command but it doesn't seem to work. Is there another command for Native SIP trunks?
