    Enable CTI Application use

    Hello When I go to Control Panel-> Phone and Modem options -> Advanced tab, the buttons "Configure" and "Remove" of "Ciscotsp001.tsp" are disabled. I can not configure it. Is there some way to enable? (starting any service, etc..) Thanks!
