When there's an incoming call it always ring 2 times then drop and then it will ring again for 2 times. When I look at the SSA it shows. Prealerting > Incoming Alert with customer...
Dears I have an application that used h323 ports on EPM to make an outbound calls.
the full scenario is:
call landed from SM to CM and CM using h323 ports to communicate with EPM to use an application.
when I show Active calls on EPM Found ANI calling number has a missing number like screenshot...
when access Avaya cms Authorize capabilities/capacities, it need password.
So, anyone can help me as I searched more and more, can't get this password.
