    Plantronics H/S Lifters for Nortel 1140 Phones

    Has anybody experienced a problem with the handset lifters on the 1140 phones? I have to install over 100 of these "POS" and I’m lucky to get 5 out 10 to work correctly, they keep falling off. I tried calling, and emailing Plantronics but no response.
