    After checking into all the suggestions, it appears to be a problem with port 1720. 1719 works fine but something is wrong with 1720. Our firewall guys are looking into and I will let you know if this fixes the issue. Thanks a lot for all your help.

    Voicemail password - Unable to reset

    I have rebooted the system late last night before seeing Fonedoc's suggestion. When I tested it this morning after reboot, I can setup new password. I will update this thread if it happens again, rebooting the system is not a great solution for setting up each new user. Thanks all for your help.
