avaya said they can only replace the hw key if it were broken o damaged, but when its lost/stolen the customer has to buy a new key. i put a call to my vendor about this

I'm having the same problem. The system is running XP Pro 2002 w/Celeron 2.8Ghz 512MB RAM. I have Office 3.1 and VM Pro 3.1. Strangely enough when I go to the Help, About menu the letters are garbled/unreadable. I'm thinking of upgrading to 3.2 for both Office and VM Pro. Thanks!
Hello All, I'm trying to get BCMS Server running via IP (CLAN) instead of the Data Module. I have installed BCMS Server but it asks me to connect via parralel port to get the hardware key. G3siV11 with BCMS R2. I can provide more information if needed. Thanks!
We have a G3siV11, Softphone is working via VPN but I cannot get Instant Messaging to work. Do I need the Avaya Communications Server for this to work? Or is there antoher way to get instant messaging enabled via the phone system? Many thanks to All. Elmer
