Hi, I just installed 1608 IP Phone and I assigned a wrong extension, I tried to reset is usign HOLD RESET # but it just reset the IP Configuration not the extension like 46xx family, can somebody tell me how to Hard Reset the 1608 IP Phones, thxs!

Hi, I'm installing an Intuity AUDIX MAP5/V3's OS, the problem that I got is I can't configure the IP for the LAN card, when I try to activate the LAN interface from Network Interface Card Set Up it always fails, can anyone help me? I installed all from a new hard disk, thanks!
Hi, I've just installed a new Nice Call Foucs III, if I try to monitor or query through Logger's Toolbar it works perfectly, but if I try to monitor or query from another PC by LAN it's too noisy for both applications, monitor and query, can anybody help me, thanks!
I just installed a CM4 last week, in CM4 you've to create a Super User before you install the licencse, because dadmin and it's password doesn't work in CM4.
You just need to configure a voicemail account at Intuity LX then create a button named AUDIX-REC an at the EXT field enter the hunt group extension of AUDIX, the recording will be sent to your voicemail.
Hi, I've an IP Trunk between AVAYA S8300 and Cisco Manager 4, I got signaling and trunk group IN SERVICE, my problem is CISCO can call me buy when I try to call a CISCO extension it appears denial event 1166, can someone help me, thanks!
