It tries to connect, saying, connecting reading initial data, you see the progress bar, the there is an error. The the error is: there is an error connecting to the control unit. Trying to continue current connection.
We have seen it on all 6 PRI's. They are asking us to send E164, which means we need to put a 1 in the prefix of the line. So our sent number is 11 digits not just 10. But I don't think that will fix the issue. We can't changed that until tonight because it causes a reboot.
